Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase that you make. But should you be unhappy with your items, you may return them within 30 days of receiving them for a refund. The purchaser is responsible for the safe return of the goods.

Whilst the goods are in your care, you have a duty to take good care of the items. This includes the items packaging. You must be sure to return the undamaged items and packaging as well as any fitting equipment that may have been included.

Where you have failed to take good care of the items, we reserve the right to reject any item which is damaged, scratched or not returned in its protective packaging.
Items should be packaged and protected to at least the same standard as they were originally sent.
Items inadequately packaged or wrapped may be rejected or a charge may be made to repair.
